What type of darbouka does everyone own?

For those of you who own a darbouka, what are the "specs"?
The best ones are made out of ceramic, terracotta to be more precise. There are also the ones made out of metal, but personally I prefer ceramics!

I don't actually own one, but thanks for the tip!
How come the ceramic ones are better? I would think they are less durable. Can you explain?
:)

I mostly prefer a Darbouka thatís hand-made, itís much better to me and itís so much more attractive. I do like aluminum since they are tough to break, so that is much better for a new comer, but we need to be careful on quality and purchase it from a reliable source like this!

My collection is zero as far Darbuka is concerned, I am more a guitar type of person, but my father has a big selection which includes many Darboka and even the great Mother Pearl Darboka, so thatís fascinating and I wish that I can have such wonderful collection.
