Well I found interesting video on Youtube where you can heard excellent Rhytms which you defiantly like it. Check it here:

Instructions for Replacing the Drum Head on Darbuka Drums with Removable Rims:

1.  To insure proper alignment, place a piece of tape on the collar and line up a corresponding piece of tape on the body.  Do not skip this step.

2. Use the Allen wrench that came with the drum to remove the screws.

3. Remove the collar (rim) and old head.

4. Place the new head on the drum.

5. Pace the collar over the head, being careful to line up the pieces of tape so it is in the original position.

6. Insert the screws and tighten a little at a time, do not over tighten.  (The gap between collar and top of drum shell will decrease as you tighten the head.  A head is usually tight enough before the collar touches the top of drum shell.)

7. Play or strike the drum as you tighten the head until you get the pitch you like.  Don not over tighten.

Tip: If the head doesn't appear to be goin on evenly take the collar off and adjust the head.  The key here is to take your time, listen and observe as you tighten.

Hope it will help you.
